Note to authors: In an attempt to make this site accessible to the visually impaired I ask everyone to please put a written description of any uploaded images in a post in the proper place within the html. The process for doing this is simple.
First, click on the image after it has been placed on the post and click on the menu to bring up the option to “Edit as HTML” as seen in the image above. The image text should be placed in the “alt” tag as seen below. alt=”place image text here”
Please do not write image text in a paragraph under the image. This forces people to listen to the text every time they ask their screen reader to read the page and is rather disruptive. Thank you!
