Lammas, August 1st -3rd Lammas is the first harvest festival of the year and is celebrated by much feasting on all things made of grain. It is also a time of much merry-making as the first grains of the season are collected, from the fields. For Lammas 2025 there will be the main ritual, women’s ritual Friday evening and we will have crafts and workshops for everyone to participate in. Not sure we will have games this year, but stay tuned for that. There will also be building the Bread Goddess, lounging in the river, and drumming and chanting. It is primitive camping, so come prepared for hot or cold weather. Bring bread for the bread goddess along with food and drink for the bread and beer feast.
